or is willing to bring.  The loan process is focused on the value of the
assets pledged.  These loans typically close in two to three weeks.  There
are no pre-payment penalties and their is usually a 6 to 12 month interest
reserve.  The goal for the investor is to gain quick access to funding which
is not available through conventional loan programs because of time,
property or credit issues.

clear exit strategy exists. Time is not of the essence, but conventional
financing is not available due to property issues.  Loans are driven by the
